   CAJUN INJECTOR FRIED VENISON

1 pound venison tenderloin
1 16 ounce jar Cajun Injector Venison Marinade
1 tablespoon Original Louisiana Style Hot Sauce
1 8 ounce bag Cajun Injector Chicken Fry
2 cups cotton seed oil for frying

Start out by cutting the tenderloin into ½ to 1 inch thick medallions and place in plastic container. Season with Louisiana Hot Sauce and jar of Cajun Injector Venison Marinade. Place lid on container and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. After meat has had time to marinate, remove from refrigerator, follow Chicken Fry instruction and fry the venison at 350 F. for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.
