CAJUN INJECTOR BBQ MEATBALLS

1 pound ground venison, Buffalo or Elk
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon dehydrated onion
1 egg
Cajun Shake
1 (16 ounce) jar Mesquite BBQ or Creole Butter
1 (10 ounce) jar grape jelly

Combine ground meat, bread crumbs, egg, parmesan cheese, and onion. Shape into bite size balls. Place into greased aluminum pan. Sprinkle with Cajun Shake. Pour marinade of your choice over meatballs. Spoon grape jelly over meatballs. Do not stir. Cover with aluminum foil. Grill over medium heat for 45-50 minutes or until desired doneness.
