CAJUN INJECTOR BROILED
GARLIC AND HERB RED SNAPPER

4 Red Snapper fillets
•
1 teaspoon Cajun Shake
•
1 (16 ounce) jar of Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic and
Herb Marinade
In a gallon size plastic bag, place the fillets and the jar of marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. When ready to cook, preheat oven to 450 degrees F and position on the rack in the center position. Season both sides of the fish with Cajun Shake. Place fillets on foil-lined sheet pan and broil for 10 minutes or until fish is done.
