CAJUN INJECTOR CREOLE BUTTER
BUFFALO AND CHICKEN KABOBS

1 pound Buffalo cut into 1 inch cubes
1 pound Buffalo cut into 1 inch cubes•1 pound chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes
1 pound chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes•1 (16 ounce) jar Cajun Injector Creole Butter Marinade
1 (16 ounce) jar Cajun Injector Creole Butter Marinade•2 red peppers cut into 1 inch cubes
2 red peppers cut into 1 inch cubes•2 yellow peppers cut into 1 inch cubes
2 yellow peppers cut into 1 inch cubes•1 large onion cut into cubes
1 large onion cut into cubes•1 small package of small white mushrooms
1 small package of small white mushrooms•Cajun Shake
Cajun ShakeWrap chicken breast with plastic wrap and inject with Creole Butter Marinade, or pour marinade over chicken and Buffalo already cut into cubes and allow to marinate. Skew beginning with onions. When all meat and vegetables are on skewers, season with Cajun Shake. Grill over medium heat for about 15 minutes or until desired doneness.
