CAJUN INJECTOR CREOLE GARLIC
BUFFALO CHEESEBURGERS

•    3 pounds ground venison
•    3 eggs
•    1 (16 ounce) jar Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Marinade
•    1 tablespoon Cajun Shake
•    1 cup bread crumbs
•    6 slices Pepper Jack cheese
•    1 (26 ounce) can Casa Fiesta Whole Green Chilies

Mix all ingredients together being careful not to over mix the meat or it could get tough. Form the meat into 8 ounce patties; you should get 6. Place patties in refrigerator until ready to cook. Prepare a grill or skillet and cook patties on high heat until internal temperature reaches 165° F, this should take about 15-20 minutes. Serve on your favorite bun topped with cheese and 2 whole green chilies.
