CAJUN INJECTOR CREOLE GARLIC
AND CREOLE BUTTER
MARINATED STEAK
• 4 (12 ounce) steaks such as ribeye, sirloin, tenderloin, or loin strip
• 1 (16 ounce) jar Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Marinade
• 1 (16 ounce) jar Cajun Injector Creole Butter Marinade
• Cajun Shake
Inject steaks with marinade of your choice. Sprinkle with Cajun Shake. Preheat the Big Green Egg to 650 degrees. Place on grill and cook for 21/2 minutes. Turn steaks and shut all vents on grill. Cook for another 21/2 minutes or until desired doneness. Cover steaks with aluminum foil and allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
