CAJUN INJECTOR CREOLE GARLIC
VENISON HAMBURGER STEAKS

3 pounds ground venison

3 eggs
•
1 (16 ounce) jar Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Marinade
•
1 tablespoon Cajun Shake
•
1 cup bread crumbs
•
4 slices of your favorite bacon
Mix all ingredients together being careful not to over mix the meat or it could get tough. Form the meat into 10 ounce patties, you should get 6. Wrap each patty with a slice of bacon; secure with toothpicks. Place patties in refrigerator until ready to cook. Prepare a grill or skillet and cook patties on high heat until internal temperature reaches 165° F; this should take about 20-30 minutes.
