CAJUN INJECTOR FRENCH ONION
BUFFALO BURGERS

3 pounds ground Buffalo mixed with venison

3 eggs

1 (16 ounce) jar Cajun Injector French Onion Grill
Marinade
•
1 tablespoon Cajun Injector Cajun Shake
•
1 (4 ounce) can Casa Fiesta Diced Jalapenos
•
1 cup bread crumbs
Mix all ingredients together being careful not to over mix the meat or it could get tough. Form the meat into 8 ounce patties; you should get 6. Place patties in refrigerator until ready to cook. Prepare grill for medium direct heat, cook patties until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, this should take about 15-20 minutes.
