CAJUN INJECTOR HONEY PRALINE HAM

1 fresh pork ham
Cajun Injector Ham kit

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place ham, fat side up, on rack in a foil-lined roasting pan; score fat. Cover with foil and cook at 325 degrees for about 18 minutes per pound until meat thermometer or instant read thermometer registers 148 degrees. When ham is cooked, remove from oven and sprinkle liberally with the honey praline seasoning, then ladle some of the drippings from the pan over ham. Place ham (uncovered) back in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
