CAJUN INJECTOR HOT 'N SPICY
BUTTER GRILLED RED SNAPPER

1 1/2 pounds Red Snapper
1 (16 ounce) jar Cajun Injector Hot 'N Spicy Butter
         Marinade
1 tablespoon Cajun Injector Cajun Shake
2 tablespoons Original Louisiana Hot Sauce
1/3 cup olive oil

Cut fish into 4 (6 ounce) steaks, and place in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture over the fish and marinate for 30 minutes. Remove fish from marinade and grill for 4 minutes a side or until fish is firm.

Marinade time: 30 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Yield: 4 (6 ounce) servings
