BUTTER GRILLED RED SNAPPER

1 1/2 pounds Red Snapper
1 1/2 pounds Red Snapper•1 (16 ounce) jar Cajun Injector Hot 'N Spicy Butter
1 (16 ounce) jar Cajun Injector Hot 'N Spicy Butter Marinade
•1 tablespoon Cajun Injector Cajun Shake
1 tablespoon Cajun Injector Cajun Shake•2 tablespoons Original Louisiana Hot Sauce
2 tablespoons Original Louisiana Hot Sauce•1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup olive oilCut fish into 4 (6 ounce) steaks, and place in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture over the fish and marinate for 30 minutes. Remove fish from marinade and grill for 4 minutes a side or until fish is firm.
