1 1/2 pounds Grouper
1 1/2 pounds Grouper•1/2 cup Cajun Injector Hot and Spicy Butter Marinade
1/2 cup Cajun Injector Hot and Spicy Butter Marinade•1 tablespoon Cajun Injector Cajun Shake
1 tablespoon Cajun Injector Cajun Shake•1 tablespoon Original Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 tablespoon Original Louisiana Hot Sauce•1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup olive oilCut fish into 4 (6 ounce) pieces and place in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture over the fish and marinate for 5 minutes. Remove fish from marinade and grill for 8-10 minutes or until fish is firm. Turn as necessary, basting with the marinade each time.
