CAJUN INJECTOR JALAPENO BUTTER PORK TENDERLOIN

2 pounds fried pork tenderloin
1 (16 ounce) jar Cajun Injector Jalapeno Butter Marinade
1 tablespoon Cajun Injector Cajun Shake

Inject tenderloin with Cajun Injector Jalapeno Butter Marinade. Inject 2 ounces per pound. Sprinkle with Cajun Injector Cajun Shake. Have smoker pre-heated to 350 degrees. Place loin in smoker. Cook using indirect heat one hour per pound. Check for doneness using a meat thermometer. Pork should be cooked until an internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
