CAJUN INJECTOR ROASTED
GARLIC AND HERB
SHRIMP ALFREDO

3 tablespoons unsalted butter
•
1 pound (21/25 count) shrimp, head off, peeled and de-
veined
•
tap of salt
•
tap of pepper
•
1 pint heavy cream
•
1/2 cup Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic Marinade
•
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Heat a saute' pan on medium heat and add the butter. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Once the butter is melted, saute' the shrimp until translucent. Remove shrimp from saute' pan and set aside. Add the cream and whisk to incorporate butter and cream. Add Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic Marinade and whisk until totally blended. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce will coat the back of a spoon. Add cheese and whisk until it is completely incorporated. Add the shrimp and toss with your favorite pasta.
