CAJUN INJECTOR
ROASTED GARLIC AND HERB BASS

1 1/2 pounds Bass fillets
•
1/2 cup Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic and Herb Marinade
•
1 tablespoon Cajun Shake
•
1 tablespoon Original Louisiana Hot Sauce
•
1/3 cup olive oil
Cut fish into 4 (6 ounce) steaks and place in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture over the fish and marinated for 5 minutes. Prepare a grill or skillet for medium heat. Remove fish from marinade and cook for 4 minutes per side or until fish is firm.
