CAJUN INJECTOR
ROASTED GARLIC AND HERB HALIBUT

4 pieces of parchment paper (12" x 12")
12 ounces frozen or fresh vegetables blend (such as
         cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, zucchini, squash)
1 tablespoon Cajun Injector Cajun Shake
2 Striper or Halibut fillets cut in half
12 ounces Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic and Herb
         Marinade

Preheat oven to 350° F. Take one piece of parchment paper and put 3 ounces of vegetables in the middle and season with Cajun Shake. Place the fillets on top and season with Cajun Shake. Pour 3 ounces of marinade over the fish and vegetables. Fold in the middle and twist the edges. Repeat with the rest of the fillets. Place on a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.
