CAJUN VENISON CHILI

5 pounds ground venison
•
2 ½ ounces Mexene Chili Powder
•
2/3 ounces oil
•
4 ounces Cajun Injector Hot & Spicy Marinade
•
2 ounces crushed red pepper
•
2 (24 ounce) bottles of ketchup
•
2-3 large onions chopped
•
3 bay leaves
•
1 can tomato paste
•
2 (32 ounce) cans tomato juice
•
2 teaspoons thyme
•
Cajun Shake
Brown meat and onions together in oil. Add Cajun Injector Hot & Spicy Marinade. Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer to desired thickness and season with Cajun Shake to taste.
