CHILI DOG PIE

5 hot dogs, sliced into 1/4 inch pieces

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup chopped onion
•
1 1/2 cups milk
•
1 cup Bisquick
•
3 eggs
•
1 pound prepared chili (prepared following instructions)

1 (6 ounce) Mexene chili mix or 2 ounce-3 ounce Mexene chili powder bottles
Preheat oven or grill to 400 degrees. Lightly oil a 9 inch diameter pie plate. Combine milk, Bisquick, and eggs in a mixing bowl. Stir with a spoon until smooth. Layer hot dogs slices and cheese in pie plate. Sprinkle chopped onion over cheese. Pour mixture in pie plate. Bake 35-40 minutes until a knife inserted halfway between center and edge of plate comes out clean. Spoon heated chili over each wedge to serve. Let stand a minimum of 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
