CREOLE BUTTER BREAM OR CATFISH

4 whole Bream or Catfish cleaned
1 (16 ounce) Jar Cajun Injector Creole Butter Marinade
8 ounces yellow mustard
2 tablespoons Original Louisiana Habanero Hot Sauce
2 (10 ounce) bags Cajun Injector Seasoned Fish Fry
1 Cajun Injector batter bowl

Place mustard in a bowl; add marinade and hot sauce, mix it together. Place fish into mixture and let sit for one hour. When fish is ready, place in batter bowl with Seasoned Fish Fry and shake until covered. Fry in 350 degrees F oil for 5 minutes.
