   CREOLE GARLIC BUFFALO STEAKS

4 Buffalo steaks
1 ounce Cajun Injector Creole Garlic
1 medium onion (sliced)
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon Cajun Shake
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Heat frying pan over medium heat. Inject each steak with 1 ounce of Creole Garlic, then season with Cajun Shake and garlic. When pan gets hot, place butter in pan and melt. Put onions in pan and cook onion sections separate. Place steaks on top of onions, cook on each side for 5-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
