FISH TACOS

1 pound favorite Fish fillets
•
1 one ounce packages Casa Fiesta Taco Seasoning
•
1 8 ounce jar Casa Fiesta Salsa
•
1 16 ounce container sour cream
•
1 package of 8 inch soft taco wraps
•
1 8 ounce package shredded lettuce
•
1 diced tomatoes
•
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
•
vegetable spray as needed
In a mixing bowl, mix sour cream with one package of taco seasoning, place mixture back into container and refrigerate
until ready to assemble tacos. Prepare a charcoal fire or preheat gas grill for direct grilling over high heat. Once grill is hot, spray with vegetable spray and grill Fish until flakey, about 4 minutes on
each side. Remove from grill and heat taco wraps. While wraps
are heating up, break the Fish into big chunks. Take the tortilla
and spread some of the sour cream mixture on one half, cover
with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and Fish. Grill up and serve with Casa Fiesta Salsa.
