8 ounces of salsa
Dry rub the brisket and set in fridge overnight. You want to have your Big Green Egg at about 275º and you will want to use some hickory chips. Smoke the brisket for 3to 4 hours and then remove from the egg and place on aluminum foil. Pour 8 ounces of salsa on the brisket and wrap in foil. Reduce the heat and then cook the brisket in the foil for and additional 3 hours at 250º.
