        MAPLE BACON DEER WRAPS

1 pound Deer roast sliced into ¼ thick strips
1 jar Cajun Injector Venison Marinade
1 pound maple cured bacon
1 8 oz jar of Casa Fiesta Jalapeno slices
Cajun Shake

Marinate strips in venison marinade for one hour. Cut maple bacon slices in half. Next, cut the Deer roast strips into the same size and set aside. To assemble the Deer wraps, lay a piece of maple bacon down, then lay a piece of Deer strip on top and season with Cajun Shake.  Place one jalapeño slice on the Deer strip, roll it up and place it on the skewer. Repeat until all bacon and Deer strips are used. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes or until bacon is done.
