Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove the skin from the ham, trying to keep it in one piece; save for later use. Place the ham in the roasting pan. Inject 2 ounces of the Hickory BBQ Marinade per pound of meat. Combine all of the dry seasonings including the brown sugar and mix until they are mixed well. Take the seasoning blend and pat on the ham. Be liberal and cover it completely on all sides. Cover the ham with the skin that was removed earlier. Pour the Coca-Cola into the pan (but not over the ham) and cover very tightly with foil. Bake for 4 hours or until tender. Do not open the pan while cooking. Remove from oven, let cool, and pull apart to make sandwiches.
