       ROASTED GARLIC AND HERB
                SHRIMP ALFREDO

1 lb 21-25 headless Shrimp, peeled and divined
1 pt heavy cream
½ cup Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic and Herb
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
TT salt
TT pepper

Heat a sauté pan on medium heat and add the butter. Season the Shrimp with salt and pepper. Once the butter is melted, sauté the Shrimp until translucent. Remove Shrimp from sauté pan and set aside. Add the cream and whisk to incorporate butter and cream. Add Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic and Herb and whisk in until totally incorporated. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce will coat the back of the spoon. Add the cheese and whisk until it is completely incorporated. Add the Shrimp and toss with your favorite pasta.
