ROASTED GARLIC AND HERB TROUT

4 Rainbow Trout fillets
•
1 teaspoon Cajun Injector Cajun Shake
•
(16 ounce) jar of Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic and
Herb Marinade
•
1 tablespoon Original Louisiana Roasted Pepper
Hot Sauce
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place the Trout fillets in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture over the fish and marinate for 30 minutes. When ready to cook, remove fish from marinade, place fillets on foil lined sheet pan and broil for 10 minutes or until fish is done.
