ROASTED GARLIC AND HERB
VENISON PASTA

1 1/2 pounds fresh venison sausage
1 (16 ounce) box Penne noodles
1/2 cup Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic and Herb
         Marinade
2 (28 ounce) cans Italian styled stewed tomatoes
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook sausage on medium heat. While meat is cooking, boil pasta following instructions on package. When meat is browned, add marinade, tomatoes, and half the Parmesan cheese. Mix well and cook 30 minutes. Once mixture has cooked 30 minutes, add the pasta and mix well. Pour pasta into a baking dish, sprinkle remaining cheese on top, and bake at 350 degrees F until bubbling (about 20 minutes).
