CAJUN INJECTOR
SMOKED SAUSAGE DOGS

2 pounds smoked sausage cut into hot dog length                    pieces
1 (16 ounce) jar Cajun Injector Honey Bacon BBQ            Marinade
1 tablespoon Cajun Shake
2 tablespoons Original Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 (8 ounce) jar Louisiana Sliced Jalapenos

Inject each sausage link with 1 ounce of the Honey Bacon BBQ Marinade. Grill until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. To assemble the dogs, place each sausage link in a hot dog bun. Add condiments of choice (slaw, chili, mustard, ketchup) and sprinkle with Cajun Shake. Finally, add a few drops of Louisiana Hot sauce along with jalapeno sliced peppers.
