STUFFED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS

2 large portobello mushrooms
Chipotle pepper
1package Realtree Bacon
4 ounces Italian shredded cheese
1 bottle Realtree marinade


Pull out the stem of the mushroom and place in the mushrooms in the Realtree marinade for an hour or so. Cook the Realtree bacon on a stove top and crumple a few slices. Chop the chipotle pepper. Place the mushrooms gill side down on the Big Green Egg at 350 º for two minutes. Flip the mushroom and top with the Chipotle peppers, Realtree bacon and Italian cheese. Allow to cook for 4 additional minutes.
