CAJUN INJECTOR TERIYAKI & HONEY VENISON ROAST

1 (16 ounce) jar Cajun Injector Teriyaki Honey Marinade
•
1 (4/6 pound) venison roast chuck or rump
•
2 tablespoons Cajun Shake
•
2 tablespoons Original Louisiana Hot Sauce
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. While oven is heating, inject 2 ounces of marinade per pound into the roast and season outside with Cajun Shake and hot sauce. Place roast in pan and pour remaining marinade over it. Bake the roast at 325 degrees F for 2-3 hours or until roast is tender.
